My wife and I had to switch company's. My elderly mother had poor care from this company. She never got the same care giver, and that was very confusing for her. I had installed cameras in her house for strangers coming in and out. The cameras pick up one of the aids sleeping and not taking care of my mother. Anther one was going through my mothers stuff. After the aid left it turns out that my mother was soiled. My experience was a nightmare with this company.
