Floors Restored did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood. They were professional, listened to our wishes and concerns, and the end result is exactly what we hoped for. We provided Josh with a floor sample that was a different species of wood from what we had in our home, and he still was able to match it just right. He fixed a part of our floor that was installed wrong as well, and made the new wood appear seamless. Joshua was extremely easy to work with and thorough with our needs and wants with our floors. We live in a home with floors that are over 100 years old, weathered and in really poor shape, but Joshua came in and didn't only refurbished them, he made them look both brand new and yet orginal. His work tremendously improves the entire first floor of our home. Will definitely be looking to retain the services of Floors Restored for our second story in the near future.
