MEI is our elevator contractor. Christian F. has been our service and routine maintenance technician for years. He maintains and repairs our units at multiply locations. Christian’s experience, attention to details and knowledge of various makes and models make him a pleasure to work with. I had little to no knowledge of how the units operate prior to Christians. He has allowed me to tag along with him and always takes time to explain what the issues are and how the units operate. My service calls are always answered in timely manner and honestly I wouldn’t want to work with any other tech. Christian, thanks for all you do. ROGER!!! I am the Board President of Spinnaker Towers in Detroit, MI. I was a client of Otis Elevators (when I met MEI-Total Elevator Solutions.) Spinnaker Towers is an 18 story building with 200 residents. We were having Elevator Failures 2-3 times per month. An Otis Elevators was not correcting the problems & slow to respond! MEI-Total Elevator Solutions gave me great solutions to correct the Spinnaker Towers Elevator problems. They also worked very hard to ensure that they stayed within the Spinnaker Towers Budget. Christian has maintained our Elevator system since 2014. And I am so happy to say that because of Christian and MEI-Total Elevator Solutions we have not had an Elevator failure! Thank you!!!

I've worked with Jerry Solomon for many years back with Michigan Elevator and was so happy to have him continue as our account rep with MEI. Anything that's needed Jerry and MEI are on top of it. He's super knowledgeable about the business and takes care of anything needed. The office staff, technicians, etc. are always great. We have been dealing with MEI for many years. Their services are great. They are always there and on time when needed. The Staff is wonderful. Jerry is great. He comes out of his way to help solve any issue we have with the elevator.
I have used MEI for the last 4 years after they acquired the locally owned company I was using called Michigan Elevator. I like to use local vendors for my service contracts as I find they are more responsive and simply care more about my business, that said, I was slightly concerned when MEI took over my contract, on the contrary, after 4 years I can confidently say I have zero concerns with the service I receive from MEI. On of the main reasons for my confidence in MEI is that my service/sales rep from Michigan elevator, Jerry Solomon, joined MEI and has continues to be my rep, which has given me a great level of comfort based on the relationship we have developed over 17 years of working together. However, I also must say that every person I have worked with or met who is part of MEI has been outstanding, from Duncan, who completed major renovation work on our 6 elevators, to Joe and Todd who service my cars to this day, MEI feels like the local companies I prefer to work with, even though they are substantially bigger in scale.
