We had Brittany and Rosa clean our home. They were both very professional, wore their mask the entire time and was respectful of my home. Their attention to detail was impeccable and absolutely mind blowing. From dusting my ceilings to wiping down vintage cameras! I was truly impressed. This was the first time that I used Molly Maid and I had an absolutely terrible experience with customer service about damage done to my home. Upon emailing the photos of several broken window blinds, they told me that their employees said they didn't know what I was talking about, and therefore nothing could be done. The company told me blinds become brittle over time. Well, these blinds are two years old, and WERE in perfect condition! I would not recommend this company to anyone, it is not worth the risk. I rent and now have to purchase new blinds for the landlord.Very bad experience!
Mostly a good job. Except water spots remain on the wood floors and I had to wash them myself to clear the water spots. And some areas in the bathroom weren’t thoroughly cleaned
Oh Molly Maid. I want to start this review by saying that we were happy Molly Maid customers for years prior to COVID. We had a regular main team member who showed up every week at the same time and did a consistent job on our main floor. We stayed with Molly Maid through billing issues and very random extra people because we LOVED Natalie so much. Since COVID hit, we've had inconsistent teams of 3 individuals who show up at seemingly random times, take their masks off, and then just don't do the entire job. We have brought this up repeatedly with the company but for example this last week, the team showed up at 4:00 pm on Friday, never mopped the floor, didn't clean the toilets, dusted while leaving globs of dirt on surfaces, and left supplies behind. When we tried to call them to at least return their stuff, we couldn't get a hold of anyone except the sales office who also couldn't get a hold of anyone. This is the norm. So - the idea of quality checks is absent from the company. I've had furniture broken (mirror chest), and they simply will not even move a toothbrush over to clean a counter top. For the price paid, it is not worth it. My one piece of advice is to please simply ask - \Is everything to your liking?\ before leaving a handwritten note saying that we've been billed.
