Pachota Construction completely overhauled our laundry room and made it full functioning and elegant, with a farmhouse feel! What once had water damage, pipes displayed, green/yellow wallpaper, and no storage space turned into multiple cabinets, storage pantry, vinyl flooring, new electrical panel and outlets, and more. The Pachota Construction team is responsive and professional at a fantastic price point. We highly recommend their business and look forward to having their help in the future once again!

I highly recommend Pachota Construction. We had them remodel a jack-and-jill bath that was original to the house into two separate bathrooms. It was a quirky job that presented some unique challenges but they handled everything with ease. Pam's design help and input on the selection of materials was extremely helpful. Bill was involved every step of the way helping to troubleshoot and make sure things were going smoothly. The crew was great, too. They were very friendly and conscientious about our home, making sure to leave the job site clean and organized each day. Their craftsmanship is great. We are very pleased with the final results. Bill will do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied.
I wanted an addition on the back of my home to include a laundry room and a half bath with plenty of storage. Bill Pachota and his subs gave me exactly that and more. Bill went above and beyond with his attention to detail and professionalism on the job. Every detail was thought out and improved upon. There were no hidden expenses that popped up. All additional ideas were discussed prior to implementation. I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor to work with in Bill Pachota. I would recommend Pachota Construction to anyone in the area that needs a project completed. We have even talked about our next project together.
Pachota took on our project, which had a few complicating factors. It took a long time to get the project started, which was our only disappointment. There was a lot going on with the families, so we understood. One complicating factor with our job included breaking through cement to lay new water lines. Once they broke through the cement they found a large empty space under the cement, including the garage floor. They found a contractor to fill the hole, and it appears to be doing the trick. There was ductwork and so forth that had to be moved to another wall and it appears to be working. In the end, we have a working tiled shower in our half bath now and a remodeled and reconfigured laundry room, with a new tiled floor in both. The end result is beautiful. The project was not inexpensive, and took some time, but we plan to stay in our home for now, so it was worth it.
I had Pachota construction out a couple months ago to get a quote for a basement remodel. I’ve heard nothing back yet about our quote after leaving a couple messages. A simple phone call to say you are too busy to bother with it would be nice.
