Some of the grouchy old staff can come off as condescending and not very helpful. Did not feel very welcome here and I drove a long way to check the place out. I got a great deal on a used camera I bought here for less than I could find it online anywhere, which was great, but some of their prices are outrageous. Wanted 50 dollars for a third party battery that you can buy online for less than 20 bucks. Used prices are mostly really good though. I would recommend this place but the sales people should be a little more kind. The trade in offers are a bit insulting but that's normal for these kinds of stores lol

This is my first real camera, I didnt know what I needed or how to explain my photography style, I went in and was greeted by Craig who helped me make a fantastic choice in a camera!! I showed him a few of my cellphone pics and he knew exactly what options to show me. I've been taking pictures all day with my new Nikon D5600. I recommend going in to see these guys because they are real photographers who know the language. I went to best buy before I came here and they didn't know Sh*t about the cameras they sold. I already know I'll be back because I need more stuff to go with my camera I'm in love thank you Craig!!!

I love ProCam! I get all of my seamless backdrops here, also Craig is WAY to good of a salesman. Literally all he does is show me cool stuff and I want to buy it all. Don't get me wrong, he is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
