Can't speak highly enough of this store and their installers. Bought a pool last year had them install it. Was going great for a month and then I noticed a hole in the liner. Call Ashley she drove Immediately, Got me the repair kit in time so I could save my pool couldn't thank her enough for that. Also said she would get ahold of the pool liner company and get me a new one. And have it Install for free and that's what she did. They're a company of their word would recommend them to anyone. I love Sunny's Pools & More for many reasons, but one of the main reasons why is because of their customer service. I heard about this business a few years back and always wanted to check them out for myself. I just recently moved to Livonia a few months ago and that's when I came across their building. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel welcomed. They helped me find the right chemicals for my pool and even gave me tips as to what to do for the wintertime. I was in absolute awe. Thank you, Sunny's Pools & More, for your outstanding service.
Place is awesome!! The employees are knowledgeable and super friendly. i drive 20 min to get there passing 3 other places.
I went to pick up filters for our pool and the staff was very helpful, I wanted some kids floats and they went and found me some in the back that weren't even out yet! And we got some cholorine tablets on sale! Nice store and helpful staff.
Very nice salesman good deal on a pool
Last July I purchased a Spa Cover through this store. On April 18, 2016, I noticed that the seam on the Cover has come apart. I immediately phoned the store and was told that this should be covered under warranty. I was told to e-mail a picture, ATTENTION JOE. All I have gotten since is the run around. It's now May 16 and I have no idea what is to be done about my Spa Cover. Terrible customer service.
