Very bad experience while building our new house in 2014. They didn’t tape the ducts well and left them with sags and bends that restricted air flow. They put one average size return in the main floor and had way too much ducting Running like spaghetti. We had it repaired and corrected but not by them. There was some disagreement while system being installed and they threatened to remove the unit because they got the idea we weren’t going to pay them which was never said by us. I write this now after six years because we are building a new house and our New contractor hired a very responsive and dedicated company and we now realize how things should be handled by a professional contractor. Day and night difference!
We called M&W on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend when our AC went out. Bubba was on call and we were sure excited to hear that he would be out to come fix our AC right away. He arrived on time, he fixed everything and explained the process. The price was affordable and was a pleasant experience all around. Top class and top service, thank you for saving our holiday weekend!!!
Quoted install service, Inspected area to ensure they could provide install service. At the day of installation, after we have spent money and invested time for the install. They say they cannot perform the install. The reason they could not perform install? They said they couldn't install used equipment. We had 2 brand new still sealed in box and plastic systems fresh off a pallet from manufacturer. We did have one used system, but They inspected it and said it was fine. A third new system would have been purchased if it was an issue. Definitely not standing behind there verbal or on paper commitments.
I have used M & W for repairs when all HVAC companies were so busy they were not available for a week or two. M & W came right out and fixed my a/c. I just got an estimate to replace my a/c and heat. They were very prompt and courteous. They are a very reputable company and trust worthy.
