I called them earlier today for a price on some poly tubing. The customer service lady tried to send me off to one of their distributors, but I let her know I'm a re-seller. She said I will need to fill out forms and get set up before she can give me a price. I said OK and gave her my email address and phone number. She said she will send me the forms. I waited several hours and I called back just now. The lady that took my call this time said nobody in her office has my info or remembers talking to me. And she said I was supposed to send them my resale cert before they can quote me......that's not what the first lady told me.....I hung up on her and I'll call one of the many poly manufacturers in the area.
