Janice was the absolute best. I've never met a more enjoyable host. Her property is gorgeous and provides the absolute best stargazing (this is a must)! I can't wait to go back!!!

Had a very enjoyable weekend here! The property is the perfect distance from the city. Very peaceful spots and amazing stargazing.
we loved our stay so much! it was a great place for our anniversary weekend. we loved being unplugged, being surrounded by so much of Janice's personal family history and travel memoribila - it was inspiring! the jetted hot tub and jacuzzi on the patio was AWESOME after hiking at enchanted Rock. we got to stargaze and enjoy the night sky. we would definitely stay here again. Janice was so incredibly hospitable and extremely quick to respond. this is a beautiful home and host! we checked out Enchanted Rock, Luckenbach, and Fredericksburg during our stay. HIGHLY recommend! :)
The Ranch is simply astonishing and you'll find no better hostess than Janice! Wish I could give SIX stars!!!
No tennis or basketball court as advertised on Airbnb. Salt water pool is an above ground pool. Maintenance issues in and around the house, including raw sewage in area around recently installed cabin, lack of hot water, leak underneath sink, large hole in front yard.
