I've been trying to get help over a month now got set up with a phone appointment that the lady never even called me..seems that when someone like me needs help I cant get any..yet others live off of the system.

I have coordinated care with caseworkers through this agency and my office on several occasions. They go over and beyond in trying to make sure applicants get the services they need, and they do so in a timely matter. We recently had a situation that required some urgency, and they responded quickly to make sure services were set up as soon as possible. Their caseworkers and front desk staff have always been respectful and helpful. I am glad we have them for our local community.
