I agree with mad concerned! This place is a joke! They just pass the phone around and lie for each other. I’ve been waiting since March 2020 for the other half of my order and my grand opening is in 2 weeks! Every time I call either no one answers because they are “closed” or the person doesn’t know how to help me directly and I have to wait for some one to contact me! If you’re not a big business then you’re the least of their concern!!! WAMP WAMP

Berlin Packaging is an absolute joke that doesn't care about it's customers what-so-ever. The salesperson on the phone told me that Berlin Packaging can be found on products in Sephora and Ulta and they are top of the line. That was a LIE and absolutely NOT TRUE. My labels came crooked, misaligned and cut-off. Labels I was expected to put on a 96 product. Berlin Packaging does sub-par work and assumes everyone likes to operate like them. Our products are NOT sub-par so sub-par, garbage, mis-printed labels are not going to work for us. Berlin Packaging loves their customers unless they're smaller skincare brands, then they send them messed up labels and promise to overnight appropriate ones while they spend money on ads promoting products they never sent correct labels for. Then that company loses nearly 2,000 having to refund customers because they aren't able to fulfill the order within the window. That's loving your customers? Then I get told today it'll get handled on Monday sorry for my luck? When you promised to fix this on 2/7/2020??? When I was told on the phone by your sales rep that I can find your packaging on store shelves at sephora and ulta, I expected that level of service. I've never had a company lose me money like this. Unacceptable, unless you can afford to allow Berlin to bleed out your small skincare brand with their negligence, don't bother.
