Awesome staff! They take their time with each customer. You won't feel rushed out the door! They educate you and answer questions and concerns you may have. They don't try pushing you to buy products witch I love! If you think you need something and you don't, They give you the best advice and alternatives. Honest great people. Love this place and all the animals/reptiles. Highly recommend

Well stocked, knowledge employees, and open 6 days a week. We are lucky to have such an awesome pet shop in Lockport. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend Gills and Thrills

Prices are higher than the pet store chains, but if you like reptiles and exotic pets this is the store for you. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and had a leaking roof. I support our small businesses but this one needs a lot of TLC.
