Great communication! They were communicating with me by email on Christmas Eve!! Professional and timely. If they tell you something, you can bank on it. Once my tint dried completely, I could really see the quality of work! The tint expert I consulted with about the front window was absolutely right with his recommendation! I will be a repeat customer. The only thing I would change is I would have gotten my tint darker, but I like having a warranty...lol.
