Quaint cottage style building with phenomenal services and natural products. Thanks to the specialists, my skin is so MUCH cleaner and healthier! It was such a relaxing experience; I took a quick nap. They had to wake me up, but I would love to come back for another cleaning!

I used to enjoy coming here when Jordan was my massage therapist. Today my massage was not with Jordan, and was not the full 30 minutes I booked for. It was literally like not even 20 minutes. And to top it all off... I was charged 50 instead of the 40 for the \30 minute booking\. I will never come back here again for any services. And in the past they swaped therapists around on me without letting me know. Surprise! It's not the therapist you booked with who will be doing your service today. Just poor service. All they care about is money. And there were 2 radio stations playing simultaneously while I was in the waiting area. I do not recommend this spa.

I didn’t even get to walk in the door and I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment for Friday and was super excited because I’ve heard good things. I had financial issues that made it to where I couldn’t get my massage the day it was scheduled. I was very apologetic and asked if I could reschedule for the next Friday. They quickly showed me that all they cared about was my money. They demanded a 35 cancellation fee even though I was rescheduling. When I told them I didn’t have the money they told me that if I wanted to get a massage from them I would have to pay that 35 first. So if you don’t care about going to a place that cares about you and ONLY cares about your money. Then this is the place to go. Sadly I want a company that is more understanding and willing to work with me. So I’ll never go here.

I absolutely love this spa! The personal service and touches really make a difference. I've created a tradition to book facial and massage services every year for my birthday and I am always so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful treatment I receive. Because of this, I've decided to join their monthly membership program... can't wait to come in next month for my next service!
