Well first time I ever ate there was today and the food was great, it was fresh, healthy, and not a long wait but on they way home I got sick and no it was not the food it was my fault but I did think for a while it was the food until the dr. Told me not to eat certain food with my meds. Oops something new I didnt know. I will deff be back thanks for another great place to eat without spending a fortune and gaining a ton

Super good and healthy food. Nice to have a place flies this in Locust. Fast food is ok, but locust has too much of that already. So glad to have this here as an option.
My husband and I LOVE UpFresh Kitchen! Eating healthy was a struggle with our schedule and having a toddler, but UpFresh has solved that and made eating better (and life in general for that matter) SO much easier. We’ve only been to the restaurant once since we live about 45 minutes away, but discovered it while in the area to see a friend. We ordered fresh food while we were there which was great; and also picked up a few frozen meals to try. We met and spoke briefly with the owner while we were there and he was so genuine and nice! He deserves all the success he has earned. We now order meal prep every week and have it delivered right to our apartment! Even after paying for the meals, delivery, and tipping the driver, it’s STILL affordable! And even more importantly, everything has been tasty and fresh. 5 Stars for both the food AND the service!!
