The Lodge is a great complex. The apartment floor plan was well-designed, no wasted space, spacious walk in closet, large balcony that extends the living space. I moved into a lovely renovated unit with new appliances and beautiful plank flooring (easy to clean) and Berber style carpet. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. My interactions with staff, especially Rudy, Danny, and Whitney, have always been positive throughout my apartment search, leasing during a pandemic, and having maintenance requests completed quickly. Great location with easy access to 183, 45 and Lakeline Mall; good hiking and bike trails at Twin Lakes Park and Brushy Creek Park. I recommend this complex, great value.

I fled Southern Oregon in mid September 2020 due to the fires. I was packed for just evacuation essentials in my car with really no plans until I reached Austin. I had researched a couple of properties before coming a few months prior, knowing that I would be spending the winter here. The Lodge was the first appointment I booked to do a visual. The area had everything to offer with shopping and restaurants close. The office management was super & the girls had everything ready for me to move in asap. They answered all my questions, and made this move a delightful experience. The apartment is quiet, the property is relaxing and beautiful with so many extras. Price was affordable. Happy camper here! Thank you.

I stayed at the Lodge in an apartment they furnished for me while I was waiting for my home to be remodeled. Zero complaints, the experience was excellent. I worked with Pricilla, who is extremely professional and thoughtful!

LOVE IT!!! FABULOUS Apartment Complex & WONDERFUL Office Staff!!! Lived here for several years and have super enjoyed every aspect! Apartments themselves are lovely ... there are big trees outside of our windows so you can see gorgeous foliage all day long! The recent complex upgrades on the exterior lighting & paint are all really nice. Pool & gym are great. Great location, easy to get to, clean environment. Complex is nice and quiet, yet I also feel free to enjoy my music and have fun. Maintenance requests are always filled super fast and the repair people are kind, super appreciate that!!! All the office staff are really wonderful, helpful and willing to help with any issue that may come up. Overall just a lovely place to live and great people in the office: Angelia, Rudy & Whitney ... all aces! Super happy to live here!

Currently living here and I love it. Great staff in the office, friendly and very helpful. Very responsive maintenance team and I love the location. I only have one issue and it's the reason I gave it 3-Stars instead of 5. If you live on a 3rd Floor, facing the sun, prepare to have some of the hottest summers ever as well as a hefty Electric bill. The A/C can't keep up with the heat, and you will experience temperatures of 80 degrees, INSIDE, for a good portion of summer, with no ceiling fans on the Living Room or Dinning Room, it gets incredibly hot. I got Blackout Curtains and it made no difference, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., it will be at 80 degrees and then only lower to 77, until the morning cools down. Otherwise, this is a great place to live. :) EDIT: Maintenance and Office Staff have fixed the issue, A/C worked diligently to solve the problem and now the Apartment cools down properly, so editing my review to reflect that! :D
