I love it here. The leasing agent and management are always on top of everything and ready should any unwanted event happen. I’m so grateful for Tarissa, Taelor, and Charlotte. Definitely a great bunch to be around and they are probably the most organized management team I’ve had to deal with in an apartment complex.
Only been out here for almost a month, but this is a very nice apartment complex. The only issue is with the trash area and the tenants not disbursing there trash properly. The staff in the office is great and work with you and make you feel at home.
Overcharging for what it is. I enjoyed my time here, however they do not keep the place as clean as they say. The key to the gym doesn’t work half the time and these apartments should seriously consider recycling. Get with the times, driving to go recycle myself is extremely inconvenient. I don’t know why Texans do not care to recycle, it’s gross and inconsiderate.
I am highly disappointed with my experience moving in. At first I was greeted by Tarissa(she was WONDERFUL!) and she made us feel right at home. We walked through the doors and it was beautiful as every window opens up to trees. It was so private. After moving in we encountered internet issues. First it was with my unit, then it was with the whole complex. This property uses centurylink. I work from home. I pay my rent from income earned from my job that is run through the internet. I told them I had to find another temporary living arrangements for me and my fiancée so I can work. The manager told me “you CAN still live here.” But really I cant for the time being. Now they say it will take over a week to get the WHOLE COMPLEX back up and running. The internet service provider that this property chooses is garbage. GET A NEW ONE! Tell the owners. Tell corporate. Tell someone! TL;DR I’m not telling people not to live here. It is a really nice complex. Everything else has been pretty good. Things get fixed quickly. There is some trash around, but thats residents not cleaning up after themselves. However, I am complaining that there is poor internet being provided and management can’t do anything to get it back online faster. This is extremely frustrating as a resident let alone a new one.
