I just recently moved here and love it! From the very start, I had an amazing experience and feeling about this place. I called the leasing office 10 min to closing, and Jack the new Apt. Manager, was more than happy to answer all my questions and show me the available unit. I was so I'm pressed with place and could see that Jack truly cares about this apt. building and the people in it, that I knew I had to make this my new home. Siraj who is the leasing consultant, was so helpful during the leasing process and made it simple to understand all the building requirements and terms. He even helped me get the perfect remote control for the gate and home insurance. The whole process was easy and fast. And when moving day came, Jack parked his car outside for me so he could save me a parking spot right in front of my unit. This made it easy for the movers to park and do their thing. This was so helpful and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend this place. The whole staff here are so helpful and quick to answer all questions and address any issue you may have. The neighbors I have met here so far, are so friendly. Overall love this place and enjoying my new chapter.

Great neighborhood, pet friendly building and love the walking proximity of all the retail stores. The high school is actual what got me to move to this neighborhood and I think a lot of my neighbors are in the same predicament. The building, \the lodge @ porter ranch\, is a well manicured family tailored property. There is an onsite Leasing office and a Grounds Maintenance person during business hours, but so far I am not clear on the hour of operations. CONS: 1 Elevator in the building and breakdown often, four times a year. 2-Garage gates for entry/exit and breakdowns are too often with a combined annual seven times. Water is shut down maybe twice a month in all units for general repairs, with notice always issued to residents in advance. Hot water is a hit and miss and so is water pressure, but for you adventurous types with 3 min cold shower records, this is for you. Four Building entry doors usually have 1 or 2 doors with broken locks, so make sure to carry your garage clicker. Laundry rooms are ample, approximately 5 in the building. Parking is tandum and how it was distributed questionable. This is a fairly long building with parking stall assignments ranging in close proximity to unit to the opposite side of the building. My apt unit is on the north end of the building and my parking spaces on the south end.

Elevator never works, Roofs are damaged and leaking, the pool was closed because it violated city codes, and the office hours are not accurate and change whenever the people working want to leave.

The manager Claudia is A nightmare, rude, condescending, unprofessional, amongst other things. Worst experience ever, more than likely will be taking them to small claims court.
