I consider Lodge Properties to be a gem. As a student and being new to the surrounding area, it was a struggle for me. Rene, however made my living experience much more accommodating and welcoming. Rene took the time to help me whenever I needed, and I will be forever grateful for that. Lodge Properties has been good to me and to have a trusting relationship with the company is everything and more. I couldn't ask for anything better, and anyone who finds a home/apartment will feel right at home. Thank you, Rene for all your efforts. I truly appreciate all that you do.

My fiance and I moved to Fort Worth under short notice due a new job opportunity. Thankfully working with Rene with Lodge Properties was fantastic and helped us through the whole process. I highly recommend Lodge Properties as the home we rented was well kept and Rene was always quick to contact me back.
I have had a great experience with Lodge Properties. After looking at several houses in the last month I decided to go with one of Lodge Properties rentals. This house has been remodeled in recent years so everything is nice and fresh. I was happy it came with a refrigerator too. The a/c is amazing. Any problem I have had ( toilet) was fixed on the same day. Compared to other properties I saw this one was the best priced with all the amenities that I need.

They worked with my credit and got me into a place asap and when i moved out this past month they were amazing on the move out process. anytime i had an issue they were there to fix it that day or the next!!!!!! love Lodge Properties!
I had the best experience renting from Lodge Properties. If I didn’t need to relocate out of state, I would still be a tenant of theirs. The property locations are very close to TCU and I never felt unsafe going to and from the garage apartment. Rene was great to work with throughout my experience, and I recommend reaching out to her in order to find the best property for you!
