Great place! The closest beach is not the best. The house is very noisy with lots of people, so if you are the type that enjoys a nap (or have a child that needs a nap), it's a bit hard to make that happen with a house full of people. The doors are loud and don't all lock. Love that they have a play structure, fire pit, and picnic tables outside
