A dang good lunch stop while visiting some wineries! They have both indoor and outdoor seating options as of September 2020. We called ahead to make a reservation, so I recommend doing that! My mom and I ordered mugs of house wine, I ordered the Remembrance Farm Fields Greens Salad, and my mom had 3 of their spreads (artichoke lemon was definitely our favorite!). Really sweet staff and service was decently quick. Wonderful views from the back patio seating area. Highly recommend this place!

Insanely lovely. The menu, wine, location, patio, building, paintings. Perfect special occasion place, yet is more than that. An afternoon for a glass of wine and snack with my mom stands out as a favorite memory. A glass of local Gewürztraminer paired with the bread basket and a selection of Austrian spreads is pure bliss. Their salads are insanely good as well. It being COVID now make sure to call them!

The setting and the ambience of this Austrian restaurant is fantastic. It's a serene lakeside vineyard bistro with a very authentically Austrian choice of eats. While it can be expensive, I personally loved the wines and the dessert, the strudel in particular. Portion sizes are a bit small, but if you favor quality over quantity, and want to try some Austrian wine and dine in the Finger lakes, this is the place to go!

This may be the surprise find if the year. We enjoyed the wineries of Vienna a few years ago and Dano’s faithfully replicates the outdoor appetizer based food served in Austria.

Wow you really know a restaurant doesn't care when they can't even update their online information. Planned the whole day around Danos checked google, apple maps, and their website to see if they were open. All those places said they were open. Went to lucky hare and two wineries; was looking forward to getting some grub the whole time at danos and drove up and it was closed... Seriously takes less than a minute to update your online information. Brews and brats is way better

This is the only restaurant we've eaten at indoors since March because we knew the safety protocols here are impeccable. We ate here outdoors in June with great success and great food. My husband enjoyed the farmer's plate again, and I tried the burger, which was tasty. Our companion had the bento box and enjoyed every bite. We are lucky to have such special cuisine available within driving distance. We look forward to many more meals here.

Came for dinner with my girlfriends. We are not super familiar with Austrian food but we enjoyed the meal. We shared three dips - lemon artichoke, red pepper and liptauer. All were yummy and the different breads were great. Two of my friends got the chicken schnitzel which they liked okay. I had the 1/4 chicken with cauliflower and mashed potatoes. It was good but the real star of the entrees we ordered was the stuffed green peppers. Great flavor. The ambiance was great and the staff was friendly. We wished it had been warmer so we could sit outside and enjoy the sunset views over the water. Maybe next time.

Had a nice meal with my wife, while we were able to sneak away for some adult time. The food was great, the breads and spreads were a fantastic way to start the meal. The style of dining is a fun change to your standard restaurant. Looking forward to bringing family with us next time. BUT: The next time will be after the global pandemic is long passed. The mask policies were extreme to say the least. Most restaurants allow you to just keep the mask off while seated, but it's not enough here. They ask that you put the mask on **each time** a member of staff approaches. You can imagine how disrupting to a meal that will be. Especially when the meal is 100 for two people. Thankfully, they're upfront with you about it before you sit down, so it's on you to decide if you're ok with their policy. Half of the tables that were seated opted out before order. Very sad to see them changed over tables that were never properly used because of the people leaving due to this policy. We opted to stick it out, and I'm glad we did, but this will be a one time deal until things are more relaxed and less uptight.
