we love this store and every time we are well attended and the guy who fills the gas is very friendly, but unfortunately we need to move to the toms river store, for convenience and distance, I don't know if it's from the same owner but the guy who fills up this propane tanks is super rude and slowly it seems like he works without wanting to work. believe my boyfriend put the gas thank 30 pounds for him to filland he asked if it is 40 gallon? what person works doing it and doesn’t know the difference in the size of the thanks... For sure is because that this store (Lodi) is more busy, very good peoples work... if i can give a tip to improve the service in toms river ...

First time using, placed order at 9:15 on Wednesday. After doing so, message popped up saying they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays and orders placed by 8am would be delivered that day. Waited one week and received tank (first picture) and another in slightly better shape. Driver apologized for condition and assured it was safe. In return, I exchanged two empty pristine tanks from Lowes. A few days later we smelled gas in our back yard. It was pungent and found one of the tanks leaking (heard hissing). We moved tanks as far away from our house as possible and called Jack Gas. Were told this is normal as they fill the tanks (expansion). I requested the tanks be removed immediately. Was promised the next day. The tanks were removed 3 days later. We called back and asked for empty tanks to be delivered as part of our refund. On Wednesday we found two full tanks, both in excellent condition (second picture). Despite a poor initial impression, the company demonstrated integrity and excellent service.
We have been calling all over the NJ area trying to find someone that could re-certify our marine (Aluminum) cylinder. Modern came to the rescue. The owner was awesome, not pushy, and ready with information we asked. They have an awesome inventory of grills on the store. I highly recommend going to visit the store and taking your marine cylinder to Modern.
So far, so really good! Ordered 3 tanks. Left my empty tanks on the side of my house. 2 days later, they were exchanged with 3 full ones. And, for a great price too.
Save yourself time their website is wrong they do not deliver to NY as the VERY rude man on the phone stated and then hung up on me immediately. You should update your website as it clearly states you deliver to NY AND CT.
