Beautiful community! Tyler, Community Manager, is always ready and willing to assist. The resident event calendar is always full and the events are very enjoyable! Thank you Loftin at Montcross for caring for our families

The community manager Tyler never answers the phone it’s becoming frustrating as my mother needs assistance. She comes down and his blinds are always closed. Doesn’t seem like he like his job much with his attitude. There’s a new leasing person in the office who is nice and professional but I wish the residents and I would get notified when a new leasing person starts. High turnover rate..value great workers it’s more than just knowing your job you have to be a people person apartments are expensive we deserve the best

I visit Loftin once a month to conduct a interdemonational Bible study. There is good security. It always looks and smells good. Nice community room where we meet. Most residents I have met, like it.
