I have been a customer for several years. I purchased a computer from them about 6 years ago, and then various items since then. I just purchased a new MacBook Pro. I called them up and ordered it over the phone. It arrived the very next day. The customer service is excellent, and I am very pleased with the quality on my new Laptop.

This is my update to my previous one star review that you can read below: After the manager read my one star review he apologized that he wasn't at the store at the time of the incident. He said that he would have been willing to help had he been there. He offered me a discount on my repair. Also, he had a conversation with his staff that I hope will improve customer service in the future. Although I still wish that they would have honored their return policy, I am grateful to him for being willing to work with me. Thanks Expercom for the service that you provide all of the apple users in Cache Valley. And thank you Expercom for hiring a manager that is committed to his customers. Previous post: I have typically had a good experience with Expercom. However, today I felt that I wasn't taken care of as a valued customer. I bought a apple watch SE just two weeks ago rather than the 6 hoping that it would meet my needs. The customer service rep told me that if I didn't like it that I had 30 days to return it. After about a week I realized that I wanted the "always on" feature that the 6 offers and was willing to pay the extra money. When I returned it they held it up to the light and found the tiniest of scratches that basically anyone would have had after wearing it for a couple of weeks and then refused to take it on return. I asked if they could work with me in any way? The answer was a firm "NO!" I was even having my phone repaired at the same time. They could have at least offered a discount on their labor, anything that would helped me recover costs for having to sell it on my own. But there was simply no effort made here. Truly not what I expected from them considering how they have taken care of me in the past.

They gave me exactly what I wanted and for an affordable price. They responded within a appropriate timeframe. Will definitely use them again. The only thing that was out of their control was that I would have liked for the computer to have been built with the most updated software so that I wouldn’t have to do it, but that’s minor and not a big deal.

This is my first experience with Expercom and I am very impressed and pleased. The USU campus store wouldn't honor the warranty on my almost brand new computer and the Expercom techs got working on it right away and honored the warranty. I will be buying all my Apple products from them. They not only solved my issue but they were very professional about it. Sent me messages everytime there was an update. Very polite too!
