This is the slowest loading and longest wait time facility! If you show up during the day, bring a lunch, it will be a while. They seem to only have one or two actual loaders for a very large facility. Many truckers complaint that it takes a long time to get loaded. They should get MORE loaders to work on busy days! You have to use the \virtual que\ to get in line. That time estimate is only for \in office paperwork\. Not time it takes to load up! Parking lot is slammed packed with trucks waiting! Atl least have a hot dog stand outside if it's going to be like this!

ONE MILLION BELOW ZERO If I could give this place one (million below zero)...I would. Why...I experienced the (bottom of the pit) skill-set set starting with the so called general management. And of course, the lack of skill-set... it trickles down from there - Including a (Not So Safe Disgusting Episode). My experience was very bad/poor. (Due to the Lack of Skill-set). If you are looking for a bad experience check this place out!
Excellent buying experience. Easy to pay, easy delivery, quick document delivery. They called to arrange delivery and car showed up before I new it was coming. Just bought another one yesterday. Awesome.
Beautiful facility, Petro truck stop, is not only the perfect place to rest after driving several miles, it is also a complex of stops along the way, where you can recreate in its juice rooms, with pool tables, gambling machines, simulators cars, etc., TV rooms, and massage rooms. It is also associated with fast food restaurants, with excellent attention. In addition to that it has extremely clean and spacious parking areas for trucks, combinations of trucks and vehicles of standard size. Its bathrooms as a rule are very clean and has several toilet and laundry areas. In short, an excellent complex of stops along the way.
The employees are extremely slow. It does not appear that the front office is managed by capable hands. Spent almost 8 hours to pick up one car. I will not do business there again.
