I had a cracked screen and put off changing it for 6months. The glass was chipped out in the corner and I didn’t know if the screen could be changed. He did a great job though! Super quick turn around, very easy transaction. This my second time using them, and will go back every time for any electronics repair needs.

I called the day before and they ordered my screen for my phone. I dropped it off the next day and within an hour it was fixed. The price was the cheapest around and they were very nice and respectful. Would definitely go back again.

I normally do not write any reviews but here it goes. Who ever the owner is, Jake or Jacob is his name. Very unprofessional and very rude. He has a very condescending demeanor when he speaks to you. Back in April, I had my sons phone fixed due to a cracked screen. We were quoted 90.00 to get it fixed but wanted to charge my wife 95.00. My wife stated that he was rude to her as she explained to him that I told her it was 90.00. Jake or Jacob handed my wife her change and walked away without saying anything. Later that day, my son noticed that his phone was coming apart from the back side. Due to my schedule I finally was able to take it in today to have it inspected. I was advised that the reason the phone was coming apart was due to an overheating battery. I explained to Jake or Jacob, that the reason this happened was because the back was exposed to extreme heat. He explained to me that the battery swelled up due to overcharging and wanted to charge me an additional 40.00. I experienced the same unprofessional and condescending behavior from this guy. The only reason I walked away from him and left was because I was very angry and do to my profession I wanted to stay professional. My advice to someone who is in need of a phone repair is to stay away from this jerk! Never going back. I will take my business somewhere else. P.S. If I could give this place a zero star I would. -Alejandro

I originally went to the Monroe location to get my LED fixed. They fixed It and It was fine until a week later the actual screen started to lift up. I went back for them to fix It, they fixed It and a couple days later It started lifting up again. I went to the Loganville location to see if they can fix It. The guy went to the back, I watched him for about 2 mins, he came back and tried to say there was nothing wrong with It and I noticed the screen was put back together. He tried to fix the phone and make It seem like there was nothing wrong to begin with, and his attitude was very unprofessional. Will not come back here ever again. Update: as you guys can see the owner is VERY unprofessional and argumentative. This is exactly what i was dealing with. If the screen was coming apart, It WAS BECAUSE OF YALL OBVIOUSLY THE SCREEN DID NOT LIFT UP UNTIL AFTER I CAME TO GET It FIXED. The owner has showed below how much of a professional they are. Thank you for proving my point

I went in to the store today experiencing one of the worst moments of my life. I had run over my iPhone and realized when I got a new phone that I hadn’t backed up my phone in almost 2 years. Within those two years, I had my son, so all of my photos of him were, in my mind, gone. I came to the store in tears, crying through a mask which I’m sure made me almost incomprehensible. The kind man working reassured me that nothing would be lost and promised to have my phone and photos back to me in 30 minutes. I showed back up 30 minutes later anxious that there would be bad news, and there was my phone, workable, and all of my photos of my child that I thought were gone forever. The cost, 69. I would have paid that ten, or even one hundred times over to have my memories back. I cannot day enough about the service and miracle that was worked today. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone in the area needing a phone repair.
