To be fair; which none was shown to us. Lovely property for your wedding and photos. I do hope that anyone that intends to use the grounds at this facility just know that you will not be compensated any part of your money for inclement weather. Futhermore, if chapel is the back up in case of rain; would that price not be reduced. If your special day was rained out due to no fault of your own; you would want a fair reduction in price. I understand that no one wants to lose, but if your renting outside space there should be an allowance for reimbursement for that. There are different outside areas of the property that are priced differently. If your deciding to spend your money at this facility make sure there is a clause for inclement weather and a reduction in price. No one wants to feel cheated. Be clear, its not about the money; its about the principles of just doing good business.

Rented outside garden area for my wedding this month. Was told that we could use chapel if it rain, which was fine. We hope that it would not rain but the hurricane brought rain this way, so we could not use the beautiful haeden area had to settle for the chapel. Wedding went as schedule.. However the dollowing day we were ask if we would be refunded the difference between the chapel and garden since we did not use the garden area and we was told \No\. That was unfair why make someone pay for a venue that they didn't use especially if it was not their fault they couldn't use it. I was fine paying the cost of the chapel, but not the garden, especially since we did not step foot in that area. Would not recommend this to no one I know. Bad business. Rented a lot of venues for services and never heard of such a policy.
