OK. So I'm assuming this is a startup business which I respect but the product I purchased is horrible and I suffer from headaches whenever I use the phone for more than 20 minutes. I bought the phone at a Digicel store in Jamaica hurriedly because I had left my original phone overseas. It was the cheapest phone but had a lot of awesome sounding specs. And it came with a case and looked great. This is not a smartphone, just a basic phone for calling. Thats all I needed. The sound quality is bad. I can hardly hear the person and the person can hardly hear me. The volume doesn't go up far enough and the sound quality isn't great. Therefore, I'm forced to hold the phone to my head which barely works. The headset that came with the phone is inoperable and no other headsets I have purchased are able to work on the phone. The speaker is useless and you have to hold it at a certain angle to be heard clearly. This is just one of the major issues with this product I'm forced now to to buy a new phone after just 3 months because this product wasn't designed well at all. I'm not sure what laws foreign tech companies must follow but I'm sure the SAR levels on the this product is damn high. I hope and pray that it hasn't caused permanent damage due to the headaches. Word of advice: Stick to brands you know.
