Had a great time on this tour with our guide and driver. Didn't see any celebrities this trip but it was a great way to see the Hotspots. Funny videos and lots of personality! I loved Harvey on the People's Court!

We took a private cruise for a two hour trip we saw cruise ships and tug boats in the port as well as 40 million dollar homes .
I was looking at booking a fireworks cruise on the 4th of July. Their website showed two different prices, 45 in the description and 65 in the \tour details.\ No answer when calling, so I went through the booking process to find the actual charges. I chose 4 adults and was given a total of 130 plus tax, only 35/person, and thought \GREAT!\ I showed it to my wife, discussed it with her for a few minutes , and decided to book. As soon as I finished booking I received an email receipt for 260 plus tax, TWICE the amount shown when I booked. I immediately called the number listed and left a voice mail (again no answer). Captain David called me back later that night and I explained my experience. He promised to look into it in the morning and call me back. By mid-afternoon the next day, and still no word from Captain David, I thought I should touch base. I left a message with Adam, and Adam, not Captain David, called me back to pass on a message from Captain David that he called the booking software company and nothing is wrong with it, all cruises are non-refundable, and he recommends that we be at the pier on time. He basically called me a liar, accepted no responsibility for the pricing discrepancy on his website, and no acknowledgement that I called him literally within minutes of booking to straighten it out. Further, the follow up email with address and instructions for the cruise was never sent to me. I told Adam that I would not be attending, as I would not be able to enjoy myself considering the situation and the ill feelings I now harbor towards Captain David. For the first time in my life, I am disputing charges with the credit card company.
We had a large group of 18 visit Fl from Ohio. We booked the Island Girl and have a fabulous time! The booking process was easy. Our captain was so friendly, accommodating, and informational. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a boat trip with friends and family!
Great experience, especially for my 8-year old son. The captain and mate put us on a bunch of fish and made my son's experience one that we'll never forget. Capt Dave even let my son cone up on the bridge to help drive the boat. The folks at Lois Ann really know how to create a memorable family outing! My son is already asking when we can go again.
