Mean and rude. They think they can block a public road any time they want. Twice almost hit my car with there tractor the second time was purposefully as he knew I was behind him. He stopped in the road then backed up and forced me to quickly back up so I wouldn't get hit by his tractor. When comfronted about all they could say was \ F you\ ........
