This place does a great job grooming and cleaning up my pups. Their play area looks real fun and stimulating. One thing I'd really like to see soon is maybe a nice scented shampoo for my dogs. But this place really does well by me and my pups for a fair price.

A walt disney vacation for my two shelties! The staff were courteous professional and attentive to our needs. World class setting for a dog socialilly interactive kennel. Would not hesitate to reccomend or return . Thank you very much for all you did in my time of need.
The manager and the girls are very loving towards animals! They work well with the dogs and I can tell how much love they have for each pet that walks through the door. My dog loved playing with his friends! Karlee is a sweet heart and runs Lollipups with care and dedication! Marni is a wonderful groomer! She is caring and patient with her grooms! Lollipups is nothing like their old reviews. When you walk in the place smells wonderful! Its clean and tails are wagging!
What happened to this place? We used to think It was a quality place to board and groom our two dogs with a very courteous staff. Apparently not today. My wife arrived 30 minutes late for our dogs grooming appointment and apologized for it but was rudely told by some uppity staff we were late and company policy dictated we needed to reschedule. After my wife explained her lateness was due to a family medical emergency it apparently was still not enough for the staffer and groomer who sniffed it was still a policy decision. My wife pleaded why at least one of our dogs wouldn’t be able to be cut since our booked appointment for two dogs was for about 3 hours anyway. Like some snotty receptionist at a Paul Mitchell Hair salon she said we just would have to reschedule. Go figure. It’s a 30 minute drive around the lake for us anyway so let me recommend shopping around before booking services here!
We take our 2 pups for daycare two or three days a week, and for grooming. They LOVE it! They pull hard to get in there quickly as soon as they realize where they are, and they fall asleep on the car ride home and the rest of the night! If your dog is in need of exercise, stimulation, and play with friends, then I highly recommend Lollipups! The staff is attentive, management is always watching the many cameras, and if you board your pets, they let them out at 10pm and sometimes again before morning. You just don't get that extra attention and care at other boarding facilities! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also shout out to Karlee and the rest of the staff, as well as to Stayci and the other groomers. They are passionate, kind, and very caring!
