the new manager Geoff and his wife have been doing a fantastic job, and are both lovely to converse with! front desk is always cheerful and smiling as well! the new maintenance man Matthew, is making a noticeably visible improvement in all areas to the property. housekeeping has upped their game as well, kudos to all involved, you are doing a great job making the Lodge a friendly and inviting place to be

Absolutely loved it! The pools are amazing and the staff is really friendly. When you go be prepared to get back to nature and set your digital addiction aside for a day or two. There is no cable or satellite TV, the only wifi is in the main lobby and there is no cell service. It is a great to digital detox. The pools are very relaxing and the views are amazing. The rooms and buildings are beautiful. We really loved our stay and will be going back for sure.

We rent most of this hotel out each year. For five years we have loved every aspect of it! It’s amazing. If you want a city hotel you’re in the wrong place! Unplug and enjoy. Sherry is the best, the kindest and always the most helpful. Keep up the great work Sherry! MTHF

I try to be considerate because I know covid has devastated businesses. But there were a few things that kinda stuck with me. 1st day breakfast was frozen biscuits and warm gravy. Orange juice carton, empty, grape juice carton, empty. Coffee empty. I looked in cupboard and found coffee and made it myself. 2nd day, no biscuits or gravy or waffles, 1 bagel, some small wrapped muffins, 1 yogart. No one was servicing the "breakfast". Then as we checked out at 11, manager set out a bag of waffles. Breakfast is supposedly over at ten so I got the feeling that he did that so he could say he set out food just to cover his own tail. Room was nice. Had a TV but no regular channels. They do supply DVDs. And our room had a very bright light outside the biggest window so room was like daytime when all lights were out. No room service second day. All in all I was disappointed in professionalism and lack of attention to detail.

Our stay, during the week, was quite and just what we were looking for. Hot Spring pools, for guests only, were clean and not crowded. Geoff, staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I and our 18 month old checked out the pool here before we went exploring up some forest service roads when we got stuck for almost 3 hours with no cell phone reception when the owner’s son came across us while snowmobiling and went to get help. The owners of the lodge had no obligation toward us on this public land, however they cared enough to make sure my family was safe and brought a plow out to help us, so we didn’t get stuck in our car in the snow. We weren’t even staying at this lodge but I can’t speak highly enough of these people and how they saved us when we needed it and I look forward to staying there next time we come here! I feel so thankful and restored a little bit of my faith in humanity

If you come to get away from modern technology, then come here. No WiFi, or cable in rooms. Icy walkways, and an extremely unkempt parking lot will make sure you need an alignment after you drive through it. Refrigerator is turned off when you enter...to save costs. Rooms are cold. Again, heat is turned off when you enter to ensure you are still freezing when entering your room. I will say that the employees were all excellent and deserve raises!
