Best place to to take your children to, I was routed here from redlands urgent care on a monday night, we walked straight to the ER and we were helped within 1 1/2 considering COVID times this was not bad at all, had a CT scan and was admitted that same night, we didn't get a room until 5am, we spend there all week, all his labs were done within that week everyday we spend there no time was wasted, I can't thank enough to all the staff in unit 4800 and can't express my gratitude for all you guys did for my son, very professional staff and caring.

Brought my daughter to the hospital at 8 last night. Last thing I heard from the doctors and nurses is that my daughter was going to be transferred and that was 5 hours ago and haven’t had an update since. They’re just chitchatting with each other than taking care of patients and they all disappear every once in a while for a couple of hours. Now I’m getting a bad anxiety attack.

Loma Linda doctors are very poor communicating with the family of their patients. My brother and I both asked for my mom’s Nephrologist to give us update on what’s going on but until now no call. We almost lost our mom due to their slow decision of treating our mom. I have to insist treatment and beg before they did something. Thank goodness for my mom’s nurse (Kaitlin ICU nurse in 7200) who advocated for my mom and for us the family. Nurses are good with the care they are providing for their patients but doctors on the other hand are very poor. I am very disappointed with the doctors services.

I was born at this hospital but unfortunately the other one star reviews are accurate. There are a handful of nice people there don’t get me wrong but I will say they did not take good care of my grandpa he almost died in the hospital because they did not give him the surgery he needed until he had been there for 30 days! He went septic and had infection, and my grandma came in to check on him and he had been sitting in his own feces for hours! She asked the nurse what was going on and she acted like it was nothing. The only way we got them to give him the surgery was because my aunt and a friend of ours who works at the hospital made arrangements behind the scenes. My Grandpa has what is called a seroma in his stomach. Also when he got there he waited 9 hours in the ER in pain in a wheelchair. Totally unacceptable. Sorry I’m not sorry, you guys need to change this. I feel for anyone who has lost someone here due to lack of care because if we hadn’t fought back the way we did he would have died.

Not a clean polite or friendly place. I don't understand but it's a seventh day hospital from the er up no acknowledgements or courtesy. Plus after the second day they put a teen boy in the same room with my daughter not crowded either. Next time I will be at arrowhead medical . Probably used to be one of the best . Don't deserve one star
