I will start off with saying the food was ok. The area is nice. The service however is rather horrible. The was two ladies working behind the counter. The one with the colored hair was good, the other was not. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The experience was bad enough that I am going to send an email to them after I am done with this review. The order was wrong and she first blamed me then blamed another customer for them not fixing the order. We didn't even get what we ordered in the end. Just a horrible experience.

Couldn't be bothered to tell us any allergen info. When asked they simply stated that \We don't know\. I find it hard to believe that there's no info from the franchise about potential allergens that could be in their food. First and only establishment that I've come across that gives an answer like this regarding allergens.

Haven't had the cheeseburger cheeseburger in a while. Tried the ribeye steak sandwich and it was good!

I had the chesse burger, the bread smells bad, the meat with no flavor, IT WAS REALLY DISGUSTING. The most horrible cheese burger I've ever had in my life.
