Beautiful banquet hall! Due to COVID, we had to change our wedding plans for this year. Danny was very accommodating and helped us plan a small reception for our closest family and friends. Everything went well and we were able to safely celebrate this very special moment of our lives.

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. The people at the office seem to care before a person pays, however, once they have your money, no one at the office cares any longer. They do not return calls and speaking directly to a manager, who ultimately makes the decisions, will never happen. Due to Covid, a wedding for 350 people was canceled. The hall never even called to tell us. I needed to call the hall all thr time. There was no follow up with us at all once the deposit was received. Since the covid cancelation, and still to this day, the hall cannot accommodate our 350 person wedding and they refuse to return our deposit. They are holding it hostage and don't care about people at all. The hall may look nice, but the service is not what was promised and the people in the office really do not make any offer to help.

We had our wedding reception at Carlisle Banquets . We are impressed.Our coordinator was Laura and from the beginning she was on top of her game. She coordinated everything with ease she made our vision a reality. Decorations turned out amazing, sweets table, food was beyond delicious !!!All our guests were complimenting our decorations and food! Staff is awesome! I've attached some photos however pictures don't do justice vs reality.
