I was introduced to Fox Brothers when I returned a call to schedule a delivery. I was asked when I would like the delivery and after asking for a Friday delivery - when I'd be able to adjust my work schedule - the dispatcher made it my problem that they had already loaded the item on the truck and that Thursday (the next day) was the only time. I asked if there was a delivery window; the dispatcher was indignant and surprised I would ask for such a thing. There was only one four hour time available and I had to be OK with it. I informed him I may be on a call for meeting; he was again shocked that I had the audacity to not be 100% available during business hours for the delivery and explained all the problems I was causing him. I finally received a call from the driver an hour and a half after the 4 hour window promised. To his credit, the driver was courteous and understood I may be on the phone when he arrived. His dispatcher is doing him a great disservice - I will avoid Fox Brothers in the future any way I can.
