Website made it look a lot bigger then what it is. Only had 3 bounce houses for older kids, a fourth was barely staying inflated. Employees were not monitoring 4 and under area so my 1 year old was having a difficult time trying to play surrounded by much larger kids, some as tall as me. 4 and under area had dirt caked into seams plus was incredibly hot in there.

Took my younger kids here this past weekend and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First off, the place is poorly supervised. The designated area for the “4 and under” group was filled with kids who were at least 10 years old. I noticed most of them were being super rough and running wild with little tots around, so I asked my daughter to let the staff know. They did nothing! Second, the bathroom was filthy! I’m not sure when’s the last time someone checked it, but it must’ve been a while. Third...many items were out of stock and snack shelves were almost empty. My kids wanted bottled water, and when I asked the lady informed me that they’re all out. I had asked for quarters for the vending machine to get my crying tot a squishy ball and guess what? Yep, they were all out of quarters. I’d love to know who the owners are and give them some advise on how to run a business meant for kids.

I took my 3 1/2 year old grandson for some bonding time a couple weeks ago. We went on a weekday and the place was empty which was nice because it’s quite a small play area. The bounce houses are dark and very hot once you got in them. Everything appeared to be surface clean but when a bunch of little kids are around, it’s never enough! The cost for admission seems to be fair for what you get plus adults get to jump in the bounce houses for free which made my grandson super happy!!! The place could really use some kid friendly sprucing up and maybe a few tv’s with kiddie videos playing for some entertainment. The staff are not responsible to watch your kids, that’s up to you so don’t think you can just drop them off while you go shopping! They really don’t have any food when you’re not there for a party. What they do have is extremely expensive snacks and drinks. Another idea is they may want to invest in socks since they are required and sell them for 1-2 since a lot of clients are wearing sandals this time of year. I was not even aware of the place being in the mall since they are down by the old sears. My grandson and I had a fantastic time playing and jumping in the bounce houses so we definitely will be returning soon!!!

Decent place for some jumping fun. About 1/2 dozen jump houses and a train you can purchase tokens for, it has enough to satisfy most energetic youngsters.
