I've been trying to get service done on a broken machine for over a month. It is a fire hazard and an emergency. No response. Multiple requests. Ridiculous.

This is the laundry company that has washer/dryers in our building that are completely and utterly broken and disgusting. The washers will not drain after washing so your neighbors dirty water is washing your clothes. There are two washers in our building and in the one year I have lived here, there has never been a time that both were functional simultaneously. No matter how many times you call this place or have someone come to repair, they are utterly and incomprehensibly incapable of repairing their own machines. This place is TERRIBLE. Please be aware before making deals with this company in your location.
Our past problems with communication and service with Jetz Laundry at our apartment buildings have disappeared thanks to the new branch manager, Carlton Carpenter and the new service manager Ron Cardine. On my recent call for service, Carlton himself answered the phone (no talking to an answering machine!), listened to my concerns and scheduled the requested service within a few days. He also followed up to see that it was done. When a wash machine was unable to be repaired, he arranged for a new machine to be installed within a week. I met with the new service manager, Ron Cardine, at our buildings as he did the necessary repairs to the machines, replaced and installed the new wash machine and checked all of the rest of the washers and dryers. He took time to educate me on issues such as detergent use, correctly loading the washer and dryers and general care-- valuable information that I passed along to our tenants. I really felt like we were given outstanding service from the Jetz Laundry team and am happy to pass this information along.
The washers and dryers are constantly breaking down (about once a month), which they get a lot of use being in a condo building so I understand this can happen, however after being "repaired"the issue persists. I have now called 6 times in the past 3 weeks with promises of someone being there "by Friday at the latest" each of those 3 weeks.
This company is TERRIBLE. the machines in our building routinely stop working for weeks at a time. Not because they're broken, but because these guys can't seem to find time to empty the quarters. When the change box is full, the machines shut down. I am not kidding, Our building is located about 4 miles from their Cicero Ave office and when we call to ask them to EMPTY THE QUARTERS, it takes weeks for them to respond. You also only ever talk to an answering service.
Their machines are terrible and a rip off. The machines don’t clean well and can’t dry clothes in one load either. Makes me want to move out of my condo
Amazing quality and service. Staff is so responsive!
These guys are crooks avoid them at all cost.
