We have known about Knollcrest Funeral Home for years as many from our faith have use their services. They did their best to accommodate our every request. Despite COVID-19, we were still able to have a visitation and funeral the following day. The process was made easier for visitors, because they used time slots for people to pay their respects. Our loved one looked so much better than the last time we saw her. The flowers were beautiful and we are so grateful to them for being able to provide us with a wonderful final memory of our loved one. Thank you to the staff at Knollcrest for helping us plan our final time with her.

They are very professional, compassionate people who took care of all the details when my wife passed away. I highly recommend them if you need their service.May God bless the family in the work their doing for our Lord.

My grandma and grandpas memorial service was at Knollcrest Funeral Home this past weekend, and I never thought I would be so disappointed and heartbroken. My mother and her siblings went over the plans and arrangements for the memorial service with Josh and his family. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and professional up until the day of the memorial. The service was scheduled at 10am. When we arrived 30 minutes early to set up for the service, we were surprised by an unexpected funeral. I completely understand the nature of the business, but no one had made this aware to my family. This cut into the time we had to set everything up, and we were forced to wait in the foyer along with the guests arriving for the service until they had \cleared\ our room. Josh had recommended a deacon that he raved about and claimed he would \be perfect\ for my grandparents. Please keep in mind that the deacon had over a week and a half to deliver a eulogy. My mother and her siblings told stories for him to include in his eulogy for my grandparents. With everything that they went over, we were expecting a beautiful service to honor the beautiful people my grandparents really were. Unfortunately, the deacon did not deliver what we had expected. At the beginning of the eulogy, he apologized in advance because he wasn't the best note taker. He botched the stories that my mom, aunts and uncles had told him AND was calling my grandma and grandpa BY THE WRONG NAME!! My grandma's name was Regina, and he kept saying Virginia. A service that was supposed to be a time to grieve and give Glory to our Lord for the life and legacy my grandparents left us, instead left us feeling empty, offended and deeply saddened. My family and I are now having to arrange something else to honor my grandparents and give us that \closure\ we were really looking for. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend Knollcrest Funeral Home to anybody.
