I came in & placed a Togo order. I had to walk back in the restaurant 3 times due to my order not being prepared correctly. The first time my wings were not done when I ordered well done & extra wet. The second time they were crispy but dry, no sauce, then I asked for ranch & got all the way home & they gave me blue cheese. My fries were missing out of my order, causing me to walk back inside. On top of my zingers being uncooked. Wasted 30 on my food. Definitely shity services today.

I've been going to Millers Ale House in Lombard for close to 4 years now, I'm regularly there Friday and Saturday nights everybody knows me and they always treat me like family. One server/bartender that always takes care of me is Sonia M. she's been a long time employee at Millers and is absolutely Fantastic! She's always friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable and hard working this is absolutely a place worth trying the food is great and prices are affordable and its constantly well kept there and the staff is excellent!
Matt “the manager” is a terrible representation of this place. We use to come here all the time but service, quality, etc has gone down the drain. Plenty of other places to go in the area. Stay away from Miller’s.
Arrived via Uber at late dusk... Zero lights on the outside of the building. Greeted and sat by a really nice guy named Jordan. Only to not be greeted by the bartender. Got up and left. Gets my NO vote! ---just came in for a second time and the host is sitting at a table eating with no mask. Then tells me they have no open tables with food still in his mouth. Come on guys. Get it together. There are 15 ppl sitting at 7 spots in the bar. Are you guys looking to make money or just ride the pine?
Fantastic food! Busy (as a Saturday night should be), but still great service! LOVE the Zingers! Was extremely happy to find them up here after eating at Ale House restaurants when I lived in FL 15 years ago. Highly recommend it!
