I DO NOT recommend this place. In fact i believe that people in wheelchairs should bring forth a class action lawsuit against numotion! Because how they treat people with disabilities is unacceptable! And i know im not the only person been done wrong by this company. I know that there are plenty others out there who they have treated poorly! Do not support numotion at all. Period

I have never had a problem with any wheelchairs from this company and they were always professional and compassionate. My daughter loves her new ride!
They made my grandfather feel terrible about his disability. He got so motivated to make a positive change in his life, that he stood up for the first time since his accident back in '73. He toppled over and died, but he went out with courage. Thank you, Numotion for giving his life purpose. -stp4JAH for all questions regarding this matter.
Save yourself the headache and use any other provider. My daughter received her wheelchair and it stopped working 7 months later. They want to charge for the parts claiming it's not under warranty. We have never seen a tech or had the chair finalized after several calls. It took 2 days for tech service to respond, 1 week for them to schedule and it will be 3 more weeks until the parts and tech are available. They have no problem billing insurance or asking for payment, they are good about that!
All I can say is I hope to never use this company again... the only reason I gave a 2and star is due to our first experience going fairly smooth... this 2nd experience has been a nightmare to say the least.
