People in this facility lock the doors before closing time. I needed to drop off a sample which doesn't take long. It was 5 minutes before closing time and the door was locked. I knocked and tried to call but there was no one at the desk. At 12 even , a person opened the door to let me know that they are closed, the computers are shut down, and that they can't take the sample. Just a suggestion, on your open hours info put the time when you lock the doors so that people don't make the unnecessary trip. Simply don't put 12 when the doors are locked already, put 11:55.

Took my 10 month old son here and it was a breeze! They were quick and the gentleman that drew my son’s blood was very friendly and so sweet to my son.
Never have issues here, they are quick, gentle and friendly. In and out every time.
I was sent here a couple times by employers, no problems. My issue came when I ordered a COVID-19 test from them. I needed a couple pieces of information to give to my insurance for reimbursement. I called at least a dozen times over several days between 1 and 4 to a recorded message with no voicemail. When I did get through, I was quickly transferred to another line where the representative didn't have any information about me or the test I had taken. They have an online service which was difficult to navigate, and when I figured out how to send a message the contact people also refused to help. I want to be clear I've had good experiences with the nurses/technicians who work here, but Quest has virtually no customer service to speak of.
Went there for a drug screening, the staff is very rude and unfriendly. Demanding stuff instead of asking nicely. Highly don’t recommend this place unless you have no choice.
