John did a great job with the 7 point inspection and replacing our germ bulb and providing us with new pre and post filters. He answered all my questions and did a fabulous job. He was very contentious and didn’t allow the old filters to drip on our hardwood floors and wore shoe covers. Very thankful for his service. Would definitely have him back!!

I entered a raffle at Home Depot for a gift card and supposedly “won” but I had to agree to allow this guy from RainSoft come to my home and test my water. Should have been 45 min but he was at my house for over 2 hours! He was very nice and thorough but was there forever. Then I was supposed to get the results and the gift card via email. I never got the results. I never got the gift card. It’s a racket! UPDATE: I was contacted by Tom and he resolved the gift card issue quickly. Disappointed the test results were no longer available but appreciate the fast response.
The Tech Josh was so informational and I learn how the whole system work. Very polite person and well experienced. He really showed his skills and knowledge of the Water Softner.
I've owned my system for 6 years now and was contacted for the yearly maintenance. Carol and Zach were great! The night before my service appointment. I contacted the office via text after hours to address what needed to be fixed with my reverse osmosis system faucet and got a reply right away. They addressed all my needs at the office. Zack was great with the maintenance to the rain soft filtration system and replaced my faucet to the reverse osmosis system! Thanks for all the help and the great job!
A week ago we bought the Rain Soft water treatment system. I entered at Home Depot in Carpentersville IL. The guy came out and was very nice...not pushy and showed us all we had in our water. YUCK! Why do we pay for unsafe, cancer causing, toxic water?! You can also google your cities water to see what's in it....said okay to pass but not considered safe. Crazy! JUST SO PEOPLE KNOW THE GIFT CARD ISNT GIVEN BY THE PERSON WHO COMES TO YOUR HOME! IT'S THRU HOME DEPOT. ASK THEM FOR IT. IT'S SENT EMAIL. I honestly must say our water feels 100% better! I highly recommend testing your water. It's for your health and helps your appliances and if you have pets. Saves money on bottled water and more.
