Don't walk Run. This is my second year wrapping up 2 weeks early at the Operation Christmas Child processing center in Chicago and it will be the last. From the ever changing staff of incompetent managers to the ambiance of despair and chaos so rampant you will think you are in one of the countries you are sending shoe boxes too that day. It's a half A## setup with no holiday spirit whatsoever and the icing on the cake is during a pandemic with no jobs they had the gall to close the place down 2 weeks early without pay for employees who took a shuttle bus everyday and risked their health and lives to perform their daily duties.

Not reliable for holiday season gigs at all. Operation Christmas child was a total sweat shop and this is the second year they promised us we would work up to a certain date and didn't. Do not get booked for that gig.

TRN is truly an agency that gives everyone the opportunity to earn a living. The assignments are steady and long term and the staff is awesome. They give you the tools to pave your own way , so if you want to work with a company that allows you to flourish stop on in or give them a ring so they can set you up. It’s definitely worth your time.

I have been to other staffing agency’s throughout the years and Reserves Network has definitely been the best. Yadira was very attentive to all my questions and organized which helped make the application process pleasant and easy.
