I have been a member at UFC Gym for quite a while now and have seen everything the gym has to offer. The gym has great facilities including a turf for athletes like myself. One thing in particular that has stood out above everything else is a personal trainer by the name Ben Rhine. Ben is a fabulous trainer who knows how to implement correct technique and form on any exercise. He knows how to accommodate his training to people with certain goals. Ben has helped me achieve some of my goals and still his continuing to help me improve constantly. If you are thinking about having a personal trainer I strongly recommend Ben Rhine. #AlbinoRhino

Looking for a Intense and Insane workouts. This is the right place for you. Each class surely helps burn you a lot calories 700 - 800 calories/hr which is awesome. I would highly recommend this gym. Also, they are about to shift to a much bigger place in Yorktown mall. FYI, that one is insane it got many equipment and room to do many activities.

Signed up for classes. Never mentioned possibility of cancelling services due to covid. 1 week later in person classes cancelled. No locker room access. Very limited hours. Were not willing to work with me at all. Did not get what I paid for and all they say is 'its the government'. Not getting what I paid for, 280, and then have the gall to say 'tough luck'. Will take to small claims court if necessary. Edit: thankfully credit card company had my back.

UFC Gym Yorktown is terrific. My experience with them has been unlike any other. From the get-go, the staff, the trainers, and the instructors had been accommodating and supportive. The classes, especially the Daily Ultimate Training (DUT), are both challenging and fun. I train with Benjamin Rhine at UFC, and he is the best. I started out taking his DUT classes, and I knew I had to have him as a trainer. I am so grateful for his work ethic and ability to focus on you and give you his all entirely. He has a genuine interest in seeing you succeed and get better. I have had nothing but positive results for my body and health because of his classes and personal training sessions. I highly recommend UFC Gym Yorktown to meet your health and fitness goals, and I highly recommend Ben Rhine as a personal trainer. Thank you, UFC and Ben.
