I’ve been meaning to write a review to protect other consumers but forgot until our brand new A/C needed a new motor this year. We purchased a new A/C and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the installation the A/C was blowing warm air and I called a spoke to the owners wife I believe. She said it was normal! Well let me tell you, we had ice build up on our furnace because they forgot to put Freon in! Now 2 years later the motor went. Please do not use these people! Miller’s is wonderful and responsive. We lost so much money due this place. I don’t write bad reviews unless they are really bad!

I've worked & known Doug Lombardo for over 40 years and his Company, Lombardo's Heating & Cooling has always been top notch. Being an Insurance Agent, I am often asked to refer HVAC Companies to my Clients, and Lombardo's is always on the top of my list. One of my Home A/C went down yesterday and Doug was out this morning, ON TIME, and had it repaired and running within 15 minutes! Great Guy, Great Company, Great Price, Honest!!! We recently moved into our house and found out there was a gas leak, and North Shore Gas had to shut off our service. We called Lombardo's and Doug came out to inspect the issue promptly. He gave us a very accurate assessment of the situation, suggested what he would like to do to address our issue, and got us an estimate the same day. After agreeing to the bid the service was completed within two days and we were back up and running. A very special thank you to Mike and team for your hard work over those two days, and the thorough explanation of all the aspects of our new furnace and hot water heater. We know who we'll be calling for any future heating and cooling needs. Such a refreshing experience, I highly recommend giving Lombardo's a call if you're in need of service.

Our AC decided to go out just as the Heat was going to triple digits (7/2019). I did not have idea what was wrong so I happened to go by Lombardo's business on 120 and explained to Doug and Bev we had many people visiting us in a few days. Doug said we will take care of you. KEVIN came over right away and found a burnt out Capacitor right away. Not only did he find the problem he showed me the problem and the cause. Doug's Tech (Kevin) also made a few more suggestions that will improve the reliability of this 16 year old Bryant Unit. Kevin is Great and Lombardo is even Greater for sending him over to my place. There's a reason why Lomardo's receives 5 Stars.
