I had a great experience getting my hot tub repaired. Classic Spa Repair did way better than I expected. My heater stopped working and Michael determined right away that the problem was my control panel. I’ve been having problems for the last few years with the control panel. I had to press the buttons very hard to get the temperature to change. I tried to buy a new control panel but because I have an older hot tub they were no longer available. I would have had to replace the whole control box if I purchased a new control panel. Michael just happened to have some old control panels in his shop that he brought with him just in case they might be needed. One of them was brand new. PROBLEM SOLVED! Cost for new control panel was 100. Cost for a new control box would have been 1,100. I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Mike is great! I made an appointment online on Sunday and Mike was at our home on Tuesday earlier than expected. He was friendly, patient and efficient. Within one hour our leak was fixed, jacuzzi was filled and functioning. He explained how to use and maintain our jacuzzi in a simple step by step manner. I highly recommend him!

Mike knows Spas, An expert and can easily detect problems and offers the best and quickest solutions. Don't be fooled by other fools in the business and there are some dreadful ones (redondo beach) that I had the misfortune of being strung along with continual repairs that never went right. Mike came out and saved me 700. I called someone else first that had me replace a pump and "fix" some wiring. It turned on once and quit working. When that guy came back 4 weeks later, he said I had to replace a second pump. I was just about done with the jacuzzi but found Mike and he fixed the problem with no BS and no extra charges, he also gave me advice that will save me money down the road. Honest and so so helpful!!
