Wrongly welded the seat which was misaligned and then told me that the complete seat had to be replaced which was just a lie to cover up the bad job done. I took the car to a different Upholsterey shop and got it fixed. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

I called The Toyota dealership in Torrance to install some rock sliders. They said no because they were third party and referred me to One Stop to have them installed. I called told Oscar what I needed and he quoted me for 120. I come in the next day and they said they would do it for 220 because they have to lift it up and bla bla bla. I said to hell with it, and paid them because I figured if The Toyota dealership recommended them that they must be good, Regardless of how shotty the place looks on the outside. I come back a few hours later and it looked solid but didn’t have much time to inspect closely. When I got home and settled down, I went under. When I did, I noticed missing hardware, incorrect placement and the bars them selves were uneven! I tried calling them and no one picked up. I showed up over there and all that was there was a guy who didn’t speak English but who new enough to bring me the exact hardware that was missing. Never going there again. The quality of their work speaks for itself. They probably knew what they were doing, they just didn’t care enough because they are focused on pleasing their dealership business and getting some extra cash on the side with this type of work.
