They are extremely slow in customer service. I sent my rent check certified mail 1/29/21. Big mistake. Declaration for eviction moratorium needed to be mailed certified mail to my landlord. My mistake was to mail rent check in same envelope. Last Friday I realized my landlord never received check and I never received certified mail return receipt.. All the manager of post office was postal carrier had no access. Maybe that means he/she could not get a signature, but they could not tell me what happened to my letter. It was not at post office, carrier said he didn't know, maybe it was when he was on vacation. Manager saw me coming back in line at post office she went back to hide, then clerk said she just went home. She took my phone number and said she would check with carrier Friday night or ask weekend manager call me. Well that call never came and they just could not tell me where my letter was.

USPS on Narbonne in Lomita on this post office outside they Honor all of the military soldiers that died or missing in action it's the only post office I've ever seen that does that for them. when I always enter I salute the memorial before I go in....for the military no other postal I've been to I think that is great and wonderful right now at this time of covid-19 you have to stand in line and wear a and keep your distance.... and all the staff workers are wonderful
Depending in which employee you get, you may pay more for a shipment. I went to this post office a couple of time to ship out my etsy orders and i always sent them out as oversized envelopes and never had a problem. Everyone always got their orders delivered to them fine. But i went in today and tried to ship order as an oversized envelope and the woman denied me. She said its a parcel and has to charge me more even though ive only ever shipped that exact type of envelope as oversized. The envelope and the contents within were no different than the times ive shipped as an oversized envelope. She was rude and took advantage of my inexperience with shipping. I do not recommend this post office to anyone, especially if youre a shop owner, you will never have a guaranteed cost for shipping and they will do what they can to rip you off.
This place is horrible. I ordered a package 10 days ago and it says its been delivered 4 days ago... yeah it hasn't. They can't seem to deliver correctly or even at all. They even lost a package during Christmas and said NOTHING they could do about it. We need to continue automatic billing and order from Amazon so you can reassure everything is correct!
The most ridiculous us post office I ever went just today because it is close my work. I came in with 50 lb pkg. ask them help to package my stuff. They said no box you have provide it as ready to go. Ok fine. I do not bring tape. I ask if I can borrow a tape from your store. They said you have to buy, we are not offering tape. Ok fine. I thought they run of the roll something. I went to the shelf saw a small regular tape. I asked it is all you are having? How can i package is like a 12*12*12 box with small office tape. I m shipping a heavy duty printer and computer..I am speechless. I share my story is not I have bad feeling. Here is the thing, if all us post office has the same issue I am ok with that. However I went a us post office yesterday close to my home. They provide priority type with all inventory. Thank you to serve all your loyal customer. The Narbonne post office is the most terrible store I ever experienced. Manager is mean, staff is mean, store is cheap, donot know why this store is still open
